HOW TO GET RICH
IN THE LEGAL PROFESSION WITHOUT BEING AN ATTORNEY
No Legal Experience Required
The legal services industry is a multi-billion dollar industry, that has experienced phenomenal growth during the past decade. With the onset of ever growing economic conditions and complex lifestyles the need for competitive legal services has mushroomed.
The basic concept of Equal Access to the Law is derived from the fundamental principal that access to legal services should be affordable to all. However, our legal system, with all its complexities, fails to provide this service economically and with the quality that the populace needs.
Equal Access to the Law provides centralized cost cutting services utilizing a method known as "in pro per" filings. This system affords individuals a way to protect their rights without expending exorbitant legal fees.
We believe in the no-nonsense, cost saving, economic approach to this inventive service industry concept.
While it is true that in complex legal areas the individual may require the assistance of an attorney, there are many undisputed matters that a person can save thousands of dollars by using the method of services outlined by of Equal Access to the Law. For example, in California, more than 75% of the dissolutions of marriage and 60% of bankruptcies are now prepared by non-lawyers. Incidentally, section 110 of the l994 Federal Bankruptcy Reform Act officially recognizes non-lawyer bankruptcy preparers with an identity as well as sanctions for non-compliance of the rules. This is a major "feather in our cap" with more to come. This credibility has added to the growth in popularity of the so-called "self-help" legal movement and is a major change in how people can now gain access to our legal system...without the outrageous cost of an attorney.
Individuals all across the nation are trying to make their dollars stretch as far as possible and are turning to self-help methods in solving their legal needs. Equal Access to the Law addresses the needs of these individuals by providing quality assistance thereby reducing consumer costs. This attractive alternative, in turn, has become a part of a multi-billion dollar consumer service industry.
